Adult Supported Living 

Supported living is a service we provide to support you live as independently as possible, in accommodation that meets your needs and with support from staff when you need it.

 

We provide expert tailored support and care for people aged 18 or over with mild, moderate, or severe disabilities, including:

  • Autism
  • Sensory disabilities
  • Physical disabilities
  • Acquired brain injury
  • Associated mental health needs
  • Behavioural challenges

 

We want to help you live the life that you choose. We will arrange a support plan with you that describes what help you need and when, to do the things that are important to you. 

 

This could be things such as:

  • Making friends.
  • Using leisure facilities.
  • Personal care.
  • Help with household skills like shopping, cleaning, and cooking.
  • Managing your money.
  • Using public transport.
  • Managing your tenancy, like reporting faults and problems.
  • Staying safe, healthy, and independent.

 

Our staff are trained to support people who have a learning disability, including those with autism or additional physical and mental health needs.

Children Supported Living

We are committed to providing high standards of personalised care to people with needs.  We strive to understand each person's uniqueness so that we can support them to lead good quality, meaningful lives and prevent unnecessary admission into institutions; our commitment to putting service users at the centre of our services and using innovative approaches.

 

We provide expert tailored support and care for children including:

  • Supporting the children to achieve their best educational outcomes and choosing the appropriate educational institution.
  • Learning about life skills such as budgeting, interview skills, cooking and meal planning
  • Helping them to identify their interest and gaining access to community based resources
  • Ensuring that the child attends all health and wellbeing appointments
  • Working with all the necessary multi agency teams


Domiciliary Care 

The service employs care staff that are diverse both in experience and cultural background. Many staff can speak more than one language are specially trained to support you.

 

We provide a range of support, including:

·      Support getting up, washed, and dressed

·      Support getting ready for bed

·      Having a bath or shower

·      Support with incontinence care

·      Assistance with eating/drinking

·      Providing medication prompts

·      Support with grooming

·      Stoma care


Practical Care and Support Services including, but not limited to:

·       Supporting people to stay safe

·       Shopping Services

·       Collecting prescriptions or benefits

·       Light housework

·       Laundry and Ironing Services

·       Support with making beds and linen change

·       Assisting with meal and drink preparation

·       Taking out the rubbish

Dedicated to supplying the staff you need; we have an extensive pool of staff who can respond at short notice whenever you need them. Giving you the peace of mind that all our staff will be an asset to your organisation.

 

Our core focus is on maintaining those high standards to ensure consistency of care for residents and clients. Our professional team of carers and nurses are carefully selected and highly trained to provide support, comfort, and companionship to older people, including those living with dementia.

 

We work in partnership with you to really get to know you and your service and to ensure that we are supplying people that will fit in and interact effectively with both your teams and your residents.
